What is Virtu?

Who is Virtu for?

Does Virtu replace my existing PLM or ERP?
Not today. Virtu streamlines design-through-merchandising and integrates with PLM/ERP systems via API so you keep downstream logistics intact.
Which file types does the 3D Configurator support?
GLB/GLTF 2.0 (preferred), FBX, OBJ, and STL. You can export 2D DXF, PNG/JPEG renders up to 8 K, and BOM/tech-pack PDFs.
Who owns the outputs my team creates?
You do. All renders, tech packs, and AI imagery generated in your workspace remain your intellectual property. Virtu only processes them to deliver the service.
How secure is my data?
Virtu is hosted on SOC 2 & ISO 27001-certified infrastructure (AWS + Cloudflare), uses AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.2+ in transit, and offers SSO, 2FA, and role-based access controls.
What are “AI credits”?
AI credits are units that power Canvas generations and Studio photo renders. Lite includes 100 credits/user/month; Plus includes 500 Canvas + 250 Studio renders; Enterprise offers unlimited usage.
Can I import my existing 3D library?
Yes. Drag-and-drop GLB, FBX, or OBJ assets into Library; Virtu auto-tags materials and variants for instant use in Configurator.
Does Virtu require a powerful workstation?
No. Rendering happens in the cloud. You only need a modern browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari) and a stable internet connection.
How long does onboarding take?
Lite & Plus: same-day self-service. Enterprise: 2-4 weeks including integrations, SSO, and team training.
What happens if we exceed storage or credits?
You’ll receive an in-app warning; you can buy top-up packs or upgrade plans. We never auto-throttle your active projects without notice.
Can Virtu export directly to Shopify or Amazon?
Yes. Plus and Enterprise plans include one-click export of 3D viewers, variant images, and SEO-ready product data to Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce, and Google Merchant Center.
What support is included?
Lite: email support (24-hr response). Plus: priority email + live chat. Enterprise: 24/7 premium support and a dedicated CSM.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Lite is free for 30 days—no credit card required. You can upgrade or cancel anytime.
How do I cancel?
Cancel inside the billing portal before your next billing cycle; your workspace stays read-only for 30 days so you can export files.
